Based on your bio-individual testing results, we develop protocols that include nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, tailored to your health goals.

How to Work With Us
This foundational period utilizes bio-individual tests to open drainage pathways and support minerals. We use self-paced modules to dive into all the foundations with video teaching and downloadable pdfs.
Prep Phase
All incoming adult clients are required to start in prep phase. This allows us to onboard new clients, give you the most support and information up front while also getting baseline labs we need on file to support you during your time in our practice for the most affordable price to you.

This service helps clients zoom in one goal they have for four months and use testing to help them make progress towards that goal.
Clients can choose between detoxification, body composition, pre-conception, gut health and overall hormone health as a focus for this package. Practitioners will use appropriate lab testing to design protocols specific to the client and their goal for optimum success.

All of our blood panels are ordered through Evexia Diagnostics and clients go to Labcorp to get their blood drawn. You can check if there is a Labcorp near you through this link. If there is not a Labcorp near you, additional fees/processes may apply.

Are there payment plan options?
Currently all of our services have a monthly fee. This is the most flexible option for payments based on the level of service provided and is something we are excited to provide now for clients!
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. HSA and FSA can be used towards services, lab fees or in some cases supplements as well. Lab fees not included in packages can also be sent into your insurance for reimbursement, but the client is responsible for that. If a client has a question about what will be covered, they should inquire with their insurance company.
How much do protocols typically cost?
On average, supplements/other modality recommendations can average $250-400 per month. Typically the most expensive is getting started, as you are buying more things up front, but after that it tends to vary based on frequency of ordering items.
Do you run your labs in house?
No, all of our labs are outsourced for processing. Blood panels are ordered through Evexia diagnostics and drawn at a Labcorp location. HTMA test kits are sent to Trace Elements. Bio-resonance scans are run through Creating Balanced Health.
How long does it take for labs to process?
The time between a lab receiving your sample, processing the sample, and getting us results can average about three weeks. Sometimes it is faster, sometimes it is slower. After we receive results, it takes time for our team to review the test, put together reports and create protocols. Please note that delays in sending test kits, going for labs, mailing delays etc will delay our ability to do our job for you and have your services completed on time. We are not responsible for delays due to mail or test centers.
